Applications Now Closed Due to Fund Limits

The Maui Disaster Stabilization Grant application period closed on December 5, 2024, as the program reached its funding capacity. The overwhelming response reflects the continued need for recovery support among Maui wildfire survivors.

By the Numbers:

• 496 applications received from Disaster Case Managers on behalf of survivors
• Requests total approximately $1.2 million over the current $5 million budget allocation
• All applications are expected to be reviewed by the end of January 2026

What This Means:The grant review team is working diligently to process all submitted applications. Disaster Case Managers will be notified directly of application status as reviews are completed.

Applications are currently closed.

DCMs will be informed immediately if additional funding becomes available and applications reopen.
